Role Description

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive (Female) for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Krishna Park Extension, Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote our loan products
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call records and follow up with potential clients
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets
  • Support the sales team with lead conversion

Note: Only female candidates may apply. Freshers are welcome

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to persuade and influence customers

Basic understanding of financial products (training provided)

Good organizational and time management skills

Fluency in Hindi (English or other languages is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
