Lead the design and implementation of innovative software modules, shaping the development process and driving impactful solutions within your area of expertise.

Your tasks:

  • Define implementation details for software development and customization based on provided specifications.
  • Ensure all implementations comply with application architecture and guidelines.
  • Recommend suitable programming solutions and ensure consistent customization with architects.
  • Coordinate developers in implementing assigned applications.
  • Establish programming design patterns and customization templates.
  • Collaborate with architects on testing and authorization concepts.
  • Oversee the development process from specification to implementation.
  • Review and coordinate technical aspects of development projects.
  • Support standardization of application development within DRÄXLMAIER Group.
  • Contribute to the evolution of architectural principles, processes, and tools.
  • Prepare IT specifications.

Your profile:

  • Egineering degree in Information Technology or related field, with 3 to 5 years of ABAP development experience
  • Strong software development skills in S/4 HANA
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Solid understanding of SAP, including Accounting, Finance, and Payroll processes
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001 standards
