We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets, models, and environments for [mention specific purpose, e.g., product visualization, video games, architectural renderings, interactive experiences]. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life and ensure the final output meets project goals and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling and Texturing: Create detailed, high-poly and low-poly 3D models, UV maps, and high-quality textures from 2D concepts, sketches, or real-world references.
  • Asset Creation: Design and produce various 3D assets, including characters, environments, props, and visual effects, optimized for the intended platform/medium.
  • Lighting and Rendering: Set up scenes, apply realistic lighting, and render final images or animations with a keen eye for composition, color, and visual appeal.
  • Collaboration: Work with art directors, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and iterative feedback.
  • Optimization: Ensure 3D assets are technically sound, meet performance requirements, and are cleanly organized and ready for integration.
  • Pipeline Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve the 3D production pipeline.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years as a 3D Designer, 3D Artist, or a similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse 3D design projects, demonstrating technical proficiency and artistic skill.
  • Expertise in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
  • Proficiency in texturing and rendering software (e.g., Substance Painter, V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
  • Knowledge of scripting or visual programming (e.g., Python, Blueprints).
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation principles.
