A. Key Accountabilities:

- Performs advanced Elevators and Garage Doors planned maintenance tasks.

- Participate in installation and Commissioning of new Elevators and Garage Doors equipment and systems.

- Analyses, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls major Elevators and Garage Doors equipment.

- Supervises, evaluates, and reports Elevators and Garage Doors equipment and systems performance.

- Implements MMS and quality management system.

- Guides technicians in developing their competences.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Possesses high level technical knowhow.

- Repair elevator doors, cables, motors, and control systems

- Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems

- Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors

- Use test equipment, such as ammeters and voltmeters, to diagnose problems

- Adjust counterweights, door mechanisms, and safety controls

- Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications

- Comply with safety regulations and building codes

- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
