  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the PTP process.
  • Analyze procurement and payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Automate reports and dashboards using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Power BI (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing timely and accurate data.
  • Maintain master data related to vendors, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Assist in process documentation and SOP creation for reporting activities.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the PTP process.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting support to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT or automation teams to implement reporting tools or enhancements.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance policies.
  • Conduct periodic data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Train and support team members on reporting tools and data interpretation.
  • Participate in system testing and implementation of new tools or ERP upgrades related to reporting.
