Civil Sr/Site Engineer:

Key Responsibilities:


•

Oversee end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.


• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.

·   Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.


• Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.


• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.


• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.


• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.


• Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal requirements, and regulatory approvals.

Key Requirements:


•

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.


• 7+ years of experience in construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
