Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Photographer Cum Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to produce high-quality images and videos. You will be responsible for Shooting, capturing, editing, and delivering compelling visual content that highlights our properties and enhances our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and vision.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, events, and more.
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Create engaging videography that showcases project features and highlights key selling points.
- Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure they meet our branding standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and brochures.
- Assist in the development of creative concepts for property presentations and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends and techniques to continuously improve our content quality.
- Manage and organize digital assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with various filming styles (documentary, promotional, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their video and photo requirements.
