Position : CCE ( Customer Care Executive)

Job Description:

  • · Candidates have to handle Outbound Calls.
  • · Resolve customer queries.
  • · Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • · Understand customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
  • · Must have good convincing skills and helping attitude.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • · Minimum 10+2 and Graduates.
  • · Can Speak Excellent English.
  • · Average computer skills with the ability to solve customer's query quickly.
  • · Fresher's with Good English Communication can also apply

Shift Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
