We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and You should be passionate about coding, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

 Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.

 Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

 Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.

 Work with databases (MongoDB) including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.

 Ensure security and data protection best practices in all applications.

 Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

 Willing to work 6 days week , alternate Saturday off

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ).

 Hands-on experience with , , and

 Proficient with MongoDB and data modeling.

 Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based communication.

 Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.

 Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).

 Understanding of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
