  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.

  • Verify and prepare visa documentation as per embassy guidelines.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and country-specific requirements.

  • Assist clients in completing application forms, preparing financial documents, and scheduling appointments.

  • Handle queries through phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism.

  • Keep track of ongoing cases and update clients on application progress.

  • Maintain records and reports for visa applications and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Good understanding of visa rules and documentation.
