- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and create engaging content, graphics, and posts tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Manage the brand's consistent voice and messaging across all social channels.
- Repurpose and optimize existing content for maximum visibility on various platforms.
- Create and manage social media calendars, including scheduling content for optimal engagement.
- Campaigns & Strategy:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships to increase brand reach.
- Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and user sentiment.
- Analyze campaign performance and user engagement using social media analytics tools to measure effectiveness.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategy adjustments based on data.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking:A creative mindset to generate innovative content ideas and a strategic approach to align social media activities with business objectives.
- Communication:Excellent written and oral communication skills to craft engaging copy, interact with users, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Analytical Abilities:Ability to understand and interpret engagement metrics, ROI, and KPIs to drive informed decisions.
- Other Attributes:Proactive, quick-thinking, organized, and able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
