About the RoleAs a Data Science Intern with our Analytics & Engineering Team, you'll be directly contributing to the development of critical AI pipelines, with a focus on data labeling, annotation, and model input curation for NLP and Generative AI initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with production-grade datasets and model workflows in a high-impact domain. What

You Will Work

On

  • Perform data labeling and annotation for NLP and multilingual models.
  • Clean and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets for model training.
  • Support prompt engineering and input curation for fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate datasets into pipelines.
  • Assist in building evaluation and test datasets for benchmarking model performance.
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure labeling consistency and guideline compliance.
  • Generate insights from annotation logs and data reports to support iterative improvements.

What You Bring

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any science, technology, or engineering discipline, with a strong interest in data, AI, or analytical work.
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and basic SQL.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or generative AI.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Label Studio, Prodigy, Doccano, or equivalent is a plus.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and basic data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn).
  • Understanding of machine learning workflows or academic project experience in ML.
  • Experience with regional language NLP projects is a bonus.
