We are currently seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with leadership abilities to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and management of scalable web applications while leading a small development team. Your expertise in AWS, , and frontend technologies, combined with strong project management skills, will ensure the successful delivery of our high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using , React/Vue/Angular (or other modern frontend frameworks), and AWS.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
  • Code Review: Review code from the development team to ensure best practices, clean coding standards, and efficient workflows.
  • Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and scaling.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the technical point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and technical challenges.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation to ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on both backend ) and frontend technologies (React, , Angular, etc.).
  • 2+ years of team management experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role, including mentoring and managing junior developers.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure design, including EC2, Lambda, S3, and other related services.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and frameworks.
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
