Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or computer science with supply chain focus
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing Manhattan Associates WMS or supply chain software
  • Ability to travel 50 to 75% 
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
  • Ability to lead and execute end to end test cycles.
  • Experience in converting business requirements to test cases.
  • Experience in configuring WMS software based on business requirements.
  • Independently create test cases, execute and report to client and management.
  • Experience in testing automation tools, performance testing tools.
  • Experience in working with overseas teams
  • Experience troubleshooting complex software solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Strong fundamental knowledge of supply chain concepts, with a primary focus on distribution applications
  • Hands-on working knowledge of warehouse management applications – Manhattan WM Open Systems platform experience is a plus
  • Ability to design, configure, test and deploy WMS solutions
  • Startup mindset
  • Knowledge of labor management solutions
  • Ability to measure key supply chain metrics and share feedback with client executives
  • Experience championing full cycle functional testing to ensure quality solutions
  • Ability to create value in WMS implementations by identifying efficiency opportunities and managing risk
  • Experience using SQL as a troubleshooting and reporting aid
