This role sits 
next to the founders
 and is meant for someone who wants real responsibility early, not just a front-row seat.

What you'll actually do

  • Turn messy problems into clear plans and get teams moving.
  • Run point on product work: requirements, testing, releases, follow-ups.
  • Build lightweight processes that make the company run smoother every month.
  • Deep-dive into data, competitors, partners — and bring sharp insights.
  • Own special projects end to end (sub-distributor onboarding, AMC workflows, audits, etc.).

This is a leverage role: you amplify what the founders can do in a week.
