Process Analyst, Process Mining, Process Automation(UI Path, Automation Anywhere)

  • Experience: 5+ years in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.

  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process changes.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and process simulation tools.

  • Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Programming skills in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integration and processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process analysis and improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.

  • Utilize process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

  • Develop and run process simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align process improvements with business needs.

  • Create detailed process maps, documentation, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
