Ethniq: Ethniq is a new company registered under the healthcare vertical of Finvasia. It prepares & formulates Ayush & nutraceuticals medicines to be launched in the domestic market as well as overseas.The core philosophy of the company lies in the patients outcome & evidence based care. We adhere to all necessary protocols before launching our medicines i.e devising new formulations, Lab testing/ pre clinical, Testing on sample population, clinical trials & patents (wherever applicable)

Position Summary: The Sr. Medical Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice while devising new formulations - Herbal (ayush based) or Nutraceuticals. He will be the key person for streamlining the requirements while making sample or commercial batches. His services will be utilized in preparing dossiers for drug approvals and content making for social media & Ethniq website & mobile app. He should have strong knowledge of clinical guidelines. He has to train the medical representatives, tracking their progress & making operational SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development/ R&D:

Provide expert insights regarding the new formulations from AYUSH pharmacology with reference of scientific literature, standard textbooks & new scientific developments.

Evaluate and analyse drug drug interaction if the ingredients are used from ayurveda, Unani, homeopathy or Nutraceuticals.

Detailed knowledge of all classic ayurvedic formulations & good acumen of new Nutraceutical types with high bioavailability.

Market research, competitor's analysis & prototyping.

Production:

Conduct sample batch for human testing in the inhouse lab

Visit contract manufacturers and supervise their processes, able to take trials & can do audits while making commercial batches.

Should have in depth knowledge of GMP principles & SOPs related to plants and manufacturing

Technical Documentation:

To make RM & FG specifications.

To create label drafts, SOPs, Label content for ayush products and SOPs and regulations related to food products (FSSAI)

To provide technical inputs and support to the marketing and content team during and after new product launches.

Safety & Clinical studies:

Finalization of claims for clinical studies.

coordinating with CROs for clinical trials/consumer use test of products, protocol review, IP arrangements, Draft Reports review and approval.

QC the docs. of clinical trials and the published journal afterwards as provided by the CROs.

Content Creation:

Mentor and train the team for making informative content for the social media handles & mobile app. Along with the regulatory content, whenever needed.

Liaisoning with the marketing team for the technical inputs while making content

Training:

Preparing training material and conducting training of Medical representatives, evaluation of training.

Make a dashboard for evaluating their assessments and pivot the process.

Train the junior team members for sample making, documentation processes along with the testing & production processes

Customer queries:

Addressing complaints received from consumers via call, email, social media

Qualifications:

Education:

MD in Rasashastra or Pharmacology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Postgraduate qualification in Ayurveda or related fields is preferred.

Additional qualifications in healthcare management or holistic medicine are advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-6 years of clinical experience in Ayurveda/ Herbal medicines, with a focus on holistic and preventive care.

Proven expertise in managing complex health conditions using Ayurvedic principles.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, including herbal remedies along with Diet & Nutrition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to patients and staff.

Leadership abilities, including mentoring, decision-making, and strategic planning.

Efficient in using MICROSOFT Tools and familiarity with modern healthcare technologies.
