Position: Airport Ground Staff

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures

- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or issues from passengers

- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings

- Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient departure of flights

- Handle and process baggage, cargo, and other items in accordance with safety regulations

- Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections of the aircraft

- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from the aircraft

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
