Position Title: Finance Manager

Experience :

Job Type:* Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- *Financial Management:*

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

  • Ensure accurate and timely finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.

- *Tax Management:*

  • Handle all tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations.

  • Coordinate and prepare tax filings and liaise with tax authorities as needed.

- *Investment and Due Diligence:*

  • Conduct financial analysis and assist due diligence for raising capital

- *Accounting:*

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes.

- Financial Strategy:

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA/CA preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

  • Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and tax matters.

  • Strong knowledge of investment proposals and due diligence processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
