Role Description Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for HiTech clients across multiple engagements.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver AI-driven technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive engineering rigor and operational excellence across delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering leaders to scale capabilities, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams with strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Own delivery governance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and compliance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development for new pursuits.
  • Serve as a thought leader by evangelizing Incedos AI and HiTech delivery capabilities with clients and partners.
Nice-to-have skills Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
    • Advanced certifications in AI/ML, Cloud, or Program Management are a plus.
