Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Faridabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Additionally, the Salesperson will handle negotiations, close sales, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and assess customer needs
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
