  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
  • Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Conducting regular financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.
  • Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.
  • Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
  • Pursue Consolidation of all global entities
  • Transfer Pricing & interaction with Tax officials

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience
  • Proven working experience in the IT/ITES Industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Prior experience in Transfer Pricing & visiting tax officials.
  • Excellent accounting software user administration skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
