Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that include digital, print, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials using copywriting best practices.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Oversee advertising sales efforts by developing proposals and managing relationships with media partners.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and measure performance through analytics dashboards.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; analyze data to refine strategies for better results in performance marketing and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and print advertising design.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing tactics is highly desirable.
