Job Title: Freelance Field Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Field Recruiter to join our team. This is a dynamic, on-the-ground recruitment role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in sourcing and engaging talent across various platforms and locations with a lot of flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job portals, social media, professional networks, local outreach, and field visits.
  • Screen potential candidates via phone, email, video calls, or in-person meetings.
  • Advertise job openings through online job boards, hiring groups, social media, and local channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Own two-wheeler (bike or scooty) for local travel and candidate sourcing .
  • Laptop with internet access for maintaining records and communication.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field recruitment activities .

  • Commission-based pay structure, with earnings determined by the number and level of successful closures each month, as per a defined slab system.
