Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the creation of innovative products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UX to deliver high-impact features.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews in an Agile environment.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Debug and resolve software defects and production issues with guidance.

• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices.

• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and unit test coverage

Years of Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in software development

Required Minimum Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

Skill Set Required

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• 1 year of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development lifecycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development

•  1 year of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment and developing and implementing business systems within an organization

• 1 year of experience in frontend technologies (user interface/user experience) OR middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces) OR database technologies OR DevOps
