  • Schedule & Calendar Management: Managing and maintaining the executive's schedule, booking appointments and meetings, and coordinating them with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail; screening messages; and serving as a liaison between the executive and others.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Record & File Management: Maintaining organized systems for confidential files, records, and contact information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, booking tickets, and arranging hotels.
  • Research & Information Gathering: Conducting research on business projects or other topics as requested by the executive.
  • Office Management: Monitoring office supplies and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
