Role Overview

Drive sales of Pacmac's Tube Filling, Cartoning, and End-of-Line machines by managing leads, understanding customer requirements, and closing deals. Provide technical guidance, prepare quotations, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle leads, inquiries, and customer visits
  • Understand applications and recommend suitable machines
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations
  • Negotiate and close orders
  • Maintain CRM updates and follow-up discipline
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, projects, service)
  • Manage relationships with existing 600+ customers

Requirements

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Production
  • 1–6 years in capital equipment or technical sales preferred
  • Strong technical understanding + good communication
  • Willingness to travel
