Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain control over the admin assets, farm wise side stepping of resource to be enabled.
  • Exercise control over inventory mgt.
  • Added task to act as IT supervisor.
  • Overseeing and optimizing all administrative, facility management, procurement, and operational support functions across the organization
  • The role involves handling office management, vendor coordination, procurement, transportation, and day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • The person will look after company offices, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and travel arrangements. They will also manage vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and make sure all services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • The role includes handling procurement and sourcing of office materials, ensuring cost control and quality standards. take care of company assets, facilities, and infrastructure, making sure they are well maintained and used effectively. will oversee transportation arrangements, ensure employee and guest travel needs are met, and coordinate logistics.
  • The person will also work on improving systems and processes to make operations more efficient, introduce automation where possible, and track performance through clear goals. They will support business continuity, manage customer or employee service requests, and ensure smooth internal coordination between departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
