Job Title: Project Manager ERP Implementation

Department: ERP Practice / Delivery

Reports To: Delivery Head / Program Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, ERP functional understanding, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Project Planning & Governance
  • • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • • Establish governance processes, risk management plans, and quality control measures.
    1. Stakeholder & Team Management
  • • Act as the primary point of contact between client, internal teams, and vendors.
  • • Manage cross-functional project teams (consultants, developers, testers).
  • • Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide transparent updates.
    1. Execution & Monitoring
  • • Oversee day-to-day execution of ERP projects (Business Central, Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • • Track progress against plan, manage changes, and resolve issues promptly.
  • • Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality standards.
    1. Risk, Budget & Compliance
  • • Monitor and control project budgets, resource utilization, and timelines.
  • • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices.
    1. Documentation & Handover
  • • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
  • • Ensure smooth handover to support/maintenance teams post go-live.

Qualifications & Experience

  • • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred).
  • • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in ERP implementation.
  • • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / SAP / Oracle ERP preferred.
  • • Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects).
  • • Proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.

  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies.
  • • High attention to detail with a focus on quality delivery.

  • • Project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • • Customer satisfaction and adoption levels post-implementation.
  • • Minimal post-go-live issues and escalations.
  • • Team productivity and morale during project execution.
