Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Executive Producer and Video Content Creator to join our team and help establish and grow our in-house studio. As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with our brand objectives. In addition, you will utilize your intermediate editing skills to create visually appealing and engaging videos. While not mandatory, the ability to confidently appear on camera for acting purposes is a valuable bonus.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the entire video production process, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.

• Utilize intermediate editing skills to edit and enhance videos, ensuring seamless transitions, appropriate effects, and high-quality output.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content throughout the editing process.

• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and editing to continuously improve the quality of our video content.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.

• Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and other pre-production tasks as needed.

• Edit videos/ motion design to meet the company's branding and style guidelines- Collaborate with the production team to develop video concepts and scripts.

• Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, Davinci Resolve and add music, sound effects, and Motion graphics accordingly

• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards- Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends and technologies to make sure production quality

• Coordinate with partner agencies for video production needs- Understand Audio recording basics for using studio microphones and Audio equipments

• Be the go-to for the entire video production need for the company

Expected Skills:

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer, Video Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of produced videos.

• Proficiency in operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.

• Intermediate-level video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and audio principles for video production.

• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera, with acting skills being a bonus.

• Knowledge of trading and investing principles is a bonus, enabling you to create relevant and engaging video content in this domain.

• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset to deliver visually compelling and engaging videos.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

A degree or certification in
film production, media studies, communication, or a related field

is preferred but not mandatory.
