In this senior-level role within our Water Services practice, you will oversee the planning, design, and management of complex water resources initiatives—delivering results that resonate beyond the workplace and contribute to lasting environmental progress. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and master planning of wastewater collection systems
Develop comprehensive stormwater system designs and long-term infrastructure plans
Conduct studies and designs for flood control systems, dams/reservoirs, and irrigation facilities
Produce high-quality final design documents, technical analyses, and project deliverables
Core Competencies:Expertise in producing final design products, technical analyses, and project deliverables
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for document management, drafting, and collaborative design review.Proven ability to manage time, budgets, and project priorities efficiently
Consistent record of successful project execution, leading to repeat business
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships (preferred)Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in California10-12 years of experience in civil engineering
Strong professional references
