We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at anytime and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store. We're looking for a seasoned Sr. TPM who will be part of the leadership group looking to brainstorm, design and launch green field features and client experiences across platforms and geographies. In this role, you will be engineering the next generation of applications that will deliver live sports, movies, series, seasons, and episodes to millions of customers across our ecosystem of client devices.
This role requires a high degree of executive maturity, a proven track record of delivering results, comfort with ambiguity, a strong ability to exert cross-org influence and a willingness to dive deep into technical details. This Sr. TPM will interface directly with a dedicated set of Engineers but will also work closely with cross-functional leaders across Amazon. As a Sr. TPM on the PVXT team, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to all aspects of the product lifecycle, interfacing and influencing stakeholders from other orgs, to roadmap planning, tech designs/scoping, and execution/delivery. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
