Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter here at Prescient Security will focus on hiring top talent for high volume teams based remotely in India. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the India talent market deeply, and can partner closely with global team members to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all India based positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines for high-volume and repeatable roles (ISO auditors, SOC 2 auditors, etc.)
• Partner closely with global stakeholders (US, UK, and other regions) to align on role requirements and priorities
• Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging your network, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process to ensure timely updates and positive interactions
• Provide recruitment metrics and hiring updates to leadership regularly

Work Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of internal recruitment experience working directly for a company (not just an agency)
• Exceptional English fluency (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Proven success hiring auditors or similar highly repeatable technical roles (ISO, SOC 2, PCI, FedRAMP, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills and a well-developed professional network within the India audit/compliance talent pool
• Experience collaborating with global teams and working across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about recruitment and delivering a world-class candidate experience
