Role Description

  • 6 to 8 years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Informatica MDM or similar tools.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies and methods such as ETL, data replication, and data services.
  • Manage, maintain, and improve master data processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Work closely with departments such as Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT to gather data requirements and ensure master data aligns with business needs.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues through regular audits and data validation processes.
  • Generate reports and analyses from master data to support business operations, projects, and decision-making.
  • Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations by ensuring smooth data transfer and consistency.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff on data governance and system use.

Skills

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., D365, AX, and Oracle) and data management principles.

· Strong knowledge Informatica Business 360 or similar tools

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

· Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving data processes.

· Knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools.

· Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment techniques.

· Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a master data or data management role, preferably within an ERP or data-intensive environment.
