Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Prior experience in international voice processes or sales is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia to promote products/services or generate leads.
  • Handle inbound queries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Follow communication scripts and comply with company and client policies.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader/supervisor to improve call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, process updates, and Australian market trends.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in international voice process (preferably Australian or UK shift). Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral/accented tone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
