About the Role: Pratap IVF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate IVF Counselor to join our team in Ajmer Location. The counselor will play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. This includes providing emotional support, facilitating counseling sessions, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring a personalized care experience for each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Educate patients on fertility treatment options, procedures, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure holistic patient care.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality.
• Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS degree.
• Prior experience in counseling, preferably in the fertility or healthcare Industry.
• Strong understanding of fertility treatments and medical terminology.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep empathy and compassion for patients dealing with infertility.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and care.
• Team player with a proactive approach to patient care.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
