Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Drafting Excellence

  • Draft and Finalize a range of critical property documents, including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney (PoA), Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), and Affidavits.
  • Ensure rigorous accuracy in legal terminology, property specifics, and ownership data prior to execution.
  • Maintain and update document templates to align with current real estate industry standards and legal compliance.

Registration & Authority Liaison

  • Lead the preparation and submission of documents for property registration at Sub-Registrar Offices and related government bodies.
  • Streamline coordination between buyers, sellers, and legal teams to meet strict registration deadlines.
  • Verify and collate all essential supporting documents (e.g., ID/PAN proofs, Encumbrance Certificates, regulatory approvals).
  • Liaise effectively with government officials to ensure a seamless registration process.

E-Governance & Portal Management

  • Expertly manage state government online property registration portals (e.g., Tamil Nadu Registration Portal) for e-filing and digital submissions.
  • Handle all aspects of the digital process: token booking, appointment scheduling, fee payments, and online document upload.
  • Proactively monitor and adapt to the latest updates in real estate registration systems and e-governance policies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Guarantee all documentation strictly adheres to local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and Stamp Duty Regulations.
  • Conduct meticulous cross-verification of property documents and legal approvals to minimize errors.
  • Assist in internal audits related to documentation and registration processes.

Stakeholder & Client Support

  • Coordinate key information flow with internal stakeholders, including the Sales, Legal, and CRM teams.
  • Serve as the primary guide for clients, advising them on document prerequisites, fee structures, and the full registration procedure.
  • Provide complete, end-to-end support through the property handover and registration phase.

Experience & Education

Experience: 3–6 years in real estate documentation and registration support.

  • Mandatory prior experience with Sub-Registrar Offices and handling online registration portals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent qualification.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Key Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in real estate documentation and registration processes.
  • Exceptional drafting and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.
  • Core Competencies:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously and work under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
