Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You will coordinate meetings and appointments, manage expense reports, and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison within the team and contribute to the efficient functioning of business operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and supporting executive operations
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Skill in Executive Support and managing day-to-day responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experienced in providing administrative support and coordination for up to 4 years
