Job Role: Vahan Operator / DTO Coordinator

Department: Sales / RTO

Location: Mahindra Dealership

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle vehicle registration process through the Vahan portal.
• Coordinate with District Transport Office (DTO) for registration, road tax, and HSRP.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for RC, insurance, and hypothecation.
• Maintain records of all registration-related documents and fees.
• Update customers and sales teams on registration status.
• Liaise with RTO agents, customers, and internal departments for smooth registration.
• Verify vehicle details and customer documents before submission.
• Prepare daily reports on registered and pending vehicles.

Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of Vahan portal operations and RTO procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, documentation).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Prior experience in automobile dealership RTO/registration work preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate
• Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in dealership or RTO office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
