Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site
Field Marketing Specialist
role based in Bengaluru. The position involves end-to-end execution of events across formats—short-format activations, boutique experiences, and large-scale conferences—along with managing podcasts, customer engagement initiatives, and other demand-generation activities.

Role Description

  • 3–7 years of hands-on Field Marketing experience
    , with a strong track record of front-ending events and managing end-to-end logistics.
  • Mandatory global event experience
    , including exposure to international markets, audiences, and event standards.
  • Proven ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
    , while maintaining quality and composure.
  • Strong ability to work independently
    , take ownership, and drive initiatives —
    while also excelling in cross-functional, collaborative setups
    .
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and project management skills
    , with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial exposure or experience is a strong plus
    , reflecting agility, problem-solving, and resourcefulness.
