Job Description

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling credit cards and personal loans from leading banks.

  • Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, field visits (based on role)
  • Explain features and benefits of credit card & loan products to customers
  • Collect and verify customer documents
  • Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversions
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of calls/visits and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Experience in BFSI sales is a plus
