Job Description – Integration Expert – POS & Payment Systems

Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled
Integration Expert
with hands-on experience in
POS integrations
across various modes including App-to-App, Server-to-Server, Cloud, and Wired setups. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payment infrastructure and integration protocols within fintech environments.

Responsibilities We Entrust You With

  • Lead integration efforts for POS systems across multiple channels (App-to-App, Server-to-Server, Cloud, Wired).
  • Work closely with clients and partners to understand integration requirements.
  • Implement integration solutions with merchants.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless deployments.
  • Document integration flows, APIs, and protocols for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to monitor and optimize integration performance.
  • Apply AI tools for automation, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.

What Matters In This Role

Relevant work experience

  • Proven experience in POS and payment system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, APIs, and cloud-based integration models.
  • Familiarity with payment protocols and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools for operational efficiency.
  • Has more than 6+ years of experience
  • A bachelor of engineering in computer science or technology
