We are an INTERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION FIRM involved in design consultancy and contracting works.

We are located in T. Nagar, Chennai.

We need site engineers for our interior & construction sites.

Dip in Civil or B.E. Civil with 3 years' experience in a construction/interior design firm

  • To supervise and execute projects with good communication skills as per the architect's directions.
  • To log people and work at site on a day-to-day basis and check quality,
  • Log material incoming and outgoing at the site and check quality and quantity.
  • Follow up with project time and keep architects aware of the project.
  • Report on a day-to-day basis about the status of projects to architects.
  • To create minutes of the meetings,
  • To read and evaluate drawings and execute them at site and
  • To coordinate work with vendors, contractors, and consultants as per the architect's directions

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of site activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, AC fixing, window fixing, tiling, partitions, false ceilings, painting, and carpentry works.
  • Must know how to ride and own a two-wheeler, and a valid driving license is required, as is willingness to travel.

Skills required:

  • Ability to speak in Tamil and English (Hindi can be a plus factor for this job),
  • Ability to work in software such as like AutoCAD, Excel, Word & PowerPoint,
  • Ability to take measurements at site,
  • Ability to make CAD drawings,
  • Ability to create BOQ
