Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cashier at Tanishq located in Jaunpur. The Head Cashier will oversee all cash transactions, maintain accurate records, reconcile cash registers, and manage daily cash operations. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company policies, offering excellent customer service, training and mentoring cashiers, and addressing customer queries or concerns. Maintaining organization and accuracy in all monetary dealings is essential for the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling cash transactions, cash reconciliation, and cash register operations
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for maintaining accurate financial data
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Team management skills with experience in training or supervising cashiers
• Ability to work methodically, manage time efficiently, and resolve issues promptly
• Strong numerical aptitude and basic proficiency in accounting or billing software
• Graduate or equivalent
