Anaesthetic Technician

The Aesthetic Technician is responsible for performing a range of skin, laser, and cosmetic procedures as per clinic standards. The role involves delivering safe, result-oriented aesthetic treatments, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and professional clinical environment.

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, medi-facials, microdermabrasion, skin polishing, body treatments, and other advanced skin therapies (as trained).
• Assist doctors in advanced cosmetic procedures when required.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and product usage.
• Conduct skin analysis and maintain accurate client consultation records.
• Ensure safety protocols, hygiene standards, and sterilization practices are strictly followed.
• Handle customer queries and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate appointments and support front-desk activities when needed.
• Track client progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell relevant products and services ethically
• Diploma/certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty therapy.
• Knowledge of skin structure, treatment procedures, basic dermatology concepts.
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic equipment (laser, RF, microdermabrasion, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic, or beauty/skincare facility.
• Experience assisting doctors in cosmetic procedures is an added advantage.
