Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to manage and enhance relationships with students, channel partners, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, supporting enrolment goals, and contributing to revenue growth for our online international degree programs. This role involves both direct client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, institutional clients, and channel partners.

Provide information and guidance on online international degree programs, addressing client inquiries effectively.

Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial contact to enrolment, ensuring a seamless process.

Conduct virtual and in-person consultations, presentations, and follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence.

Maintain accurate preferably in the EdTech or international education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet enrolment or satisfaction targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

A proactive and empathetic approach to handling client needs. client information and communication history in the CRM system.

Assist in developing client engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.

Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and conversion metrics.

Support channel partners by providing updates on product offerings and training when required.

Represent the organization in events, webinars, and other client outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer success,
