Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator (Apprentice) to join our team at our Howrah – Salap facility. The role involves managing and maintaining accurate data records and supporting routine administrative tasks. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to gain hands-on industry experience and develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
  • Assist the department with documentation and basic administrative support.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data entry and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, typing skills).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Candidates from nearby locations (Howrah, Salap, or surrounding areas) are highly preferred.
