Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    asset management policies, procedures, and processes
    for effective Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Govern existing documents and ensure
    timely updates of all HAM documentation
    .
  • Represent the organization during
    internal and external audits
    for HAM, ensuring
    zero non-conformance
    .
  • Manage
    NIST-related audits
    pertaining to HAM and work toward improving the NIST score.
  • Support
    RFP processes
    for client audit controls.
  • Perform HAM KPI reviews, including
    asset accuracy validation
    .
  • Ensure all hardware assets comply with
    internal policies and external regulations
    .
  • Utilize
    ServiceNow's HAM module
    to automate and streamline asset management processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive
    CMDB
    to track and manage hardware assets across their lifecycle.
  • Embrace a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth by building relationships, taking ownership, and contributing to business strategy.

What You Must Have

  • BE or equivalent degree
    with
    end-to-end IT Asset Management knowledge
    .
  • Proven experience in
    Hardware Asset Management
    and
    audit readiness
    .
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver meaningful outcomes.
