Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Kota. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, coordinating with other medical professionals, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include managing patient admissions and discharges, overseeing critical care situations, and providing support and guidance to nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Management and Nursing skills
• Patient Care skills and experience in Critical Care Medicine
• Strong management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of nurses
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid Nursing License
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the healthcare field
