We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer Social Media to join our team. The role involves crafting engaging, high-quality content across digital and social platforms to build brand presence, connect with audiences, and support marketing campaigns for Multicon Group

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop content calendars aligned with campaign timelines, festivals, industry events, and trending topics.

Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.).

Draft blogs, articles, ad copies, emailers, and newsletters to support digital campaigns.

Create content that resonates with multiple business verticals (Forex, Real Estate, Education, etc.).

Collaborate with designers/video editors to create infographics, reels, and video scripts.

Research hashtags, keywords, and trends to maximize reach and engagement.

Manage content for paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads).

Ensure content accuracy and compliance for regulated businesses like Forex, Real Estate etc.

Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR).

Suggest improvements in posting schedule, content formats, and platform mix.

Conduct A/B testing for captions, creatives, and storytelling formats.

Work closely with Marketing, HR, and Business Teams to align content with company goals.

Support employer branding by creating content for recruitment and culture-driven campaigns.

Stay updated with AI tools, digital marketing trends, and social media algorithms.

Experiment with new content formats (podcasts, live sessions, carousel posts, storytelling.

Keep track of competitor activities and benchmark against industry leaders.

SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field

5+ years in experience in content writing / social media writing (preferably in finance, forex, or corporate sectors).

Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and digital storytelling.

Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display platforms.

Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Strong knowledge of content trends, digital formats, and influencer collaboration

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing digital trends, with the ability to manage pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
